We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order to ensure your Copenhagen-inspired wardrobe fits perfectly. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all garment tags still attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Garments
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
